Refunds
We accept returns for any unopened and unused products purchased directly from our website. Please note that we cannot process returns or issue refunds for items delayed or held by customs, nor for unclaimed packages.
To be eligible for a refund, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date. Returned products will undergo inspection, and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items, provided they meet our return criteria.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to Jaara, unless the product(s) received differs from the one(s) ordered from our website.
Returning a product
Email orders@jaaraskincare.com with the subject line “Return Request. Include your order number (found in the confirmation email) and the reason for return.
Once the return request is approved, email us the tracking number of your returned package. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please email us immediately at orders@jaaraskincare.com with your order number.
Order Modifications
Clients may request orders to be combined if they have not yet been shipped.
